I know what the EC stack does but what sort of results can I expect with good nutrition and cardio? If the max fat loss is 2 lbs, is it supposed to help me get there quicker or help me lose more?

In my opinion, EC stacks are not good for optimal body composition because they increase the use of the body's sympathetic nervous system. Sympathetic nervous system (which is the body's flight or fight system) leads to increased cortisol, increased cortisol leads to muscle loss. So EC stacks definitely makes weight loss easier, but you lose muscle as well as fat. I think a good old calorie deficit is the way to go for best results over the long term.
