Its not exactly a quote but I found this really motivational:

My Own Motivation
I have been following this thread for over a year, and decided that I would join Bodybuilding.com so I could contribute my own motivational quotes. The first one I came up with just because, and the second one is from a pre-race speech I gave during cross country.
