Any time that I feel lazy, don't want to workout, or am complaining about how hard its gonna be, I remember how fortunate I am to be healthy and self-relient. When you feel like you don't want to do something, just remember the people out there who don't have the ability to walk because of an accident or handicap, and even more so, those who can't even get out of be or feed themselves with out the help of others. So when you say something is hard or are complaining about work, just remember how many people would give anything to be able to get up in the morning and have your "problems."
