You can't hear it if you're too engulfed in the current situation. You can hear it if you take a step back and breathe.

It's the little voice that tells you that you can. That you're stronger than this. That you are the one who will overcome this. That no matter how small you think you are, you will be the one who will prove everyone wrong.

And what I find is that every single time i'm faced against adversity and I overcome it, that little voice comes back and whispers to my soul "see... it wasn't that hard now was it?"

Just as fast and silent as the voice comes, it goes. Never once allowing me the ability to capture it and feed it. Never once allowing me the ability to thank it for believing me when every square inch of my fiber didn't.

Believe in that little voice. Sometimes the smallest things in life is what gives us the biggest courage.
