pro nos is great, taste, protein, everything, however their fat burning claim i have not found truth in myself but that might just be me, it might work for others, also , isopure and nectar are two other you can look at, they both are more like juice than shakes and both have great quality proteins, i personally have on my counter five different kinds of proteins 1 isopure, 2 nectars, 2 pro nos, it doesn't really matter which one i use they provide the same results, and all taste great

Why is it garbage? It's actually a really, really good MRP. Add it to milk and it tastes delicious. Something people can look forward to drinking...

As I said before, Muscle Milk is just like a candy, it is not a serious protien shake in my opinion. They try to buff it up with all these multivitamin contents and the apparent fat burning effects. A protein shake should provide good protein. Taste matters too and muscle milk tastes great, but by no means the best. I would stay well away from muscle milk, I am speaking with about one year experience with the stuff.
I have never tried Pro NOS but I would guess that out of the two, this is the one you should pick. Don't get fooled by the advertising of muscle milk or people saying how good it taste.

muscle milk taste is HIGHLY over rated and it is filled with MSG. its just unhealthy in general. if at the very least pro nos has the same ingredients, its better in general for its effects. i myself havent looked at the ingredients sicne i took it over a year ago.

Where do you see MSG on the label b/c I don't.
MM has a combo of slow release proteins and fast release. It has some fatty acids that I wouldn't ever consider "unhealthy"...maybe a little omega 3 deprived but not bad for you. It also has 5 grams of fiber - not many MRP's can say that. The caseins and fiber could go a long way to blunt appetite.
They have virtually the same amount of calories and roughly the same macro's with Pro-Nos having more protein and MM having more fat. Unless we know the diet of the OP, how can anyone legitimately say one is better than the other. Both would work fine.

Pro-NOS hands down!!! Best protein I have ever had both taste and results-wise.
