Alright hillbillys, let's see your best Jerky Recipe. (Reps for 1st page recipes)

I'm headed out to the field for the better part of this month, I'm in need of my favorite high protein snack. I've made dozens of batches but I still haven't been able to find or make a recipe that is even close to as good as store bought Jerky.
Come on people, let's beat Jacks Links and Oberto.
I'm a big fan of savory teriyaki flavors
    Thanks everyone.

Is it that easy? Do you have to turn it over?
