before you created this thread, did you search the bb.com store? capsules and tabs are what i see. so if you dont want tabs, get a capsule.

no, a tablet is the powder compressed into a form. the fear is that they will not dissolve. a caplet is a gelatin housing with powder on the inside. they will dissolve in the stomach. not the same. if you want straight potassium powder, search google for it, or just eat more bananas.Originally Posted by beastisized

Daily requirement for Potassium is 4000mg,it's hard to get that amount sometimes.I eat 3 Bananas as well as other foods with it and still fall short.

look up "no salt" or "nu salt". It's a salt alternative that's pure potassium and tastes similar to salt. not that great by itself, but sprinkled on food it really does taste like salt.
Keep getting bigger and stronger without messing up my joints (already pretty screwed)
