Yoga

I know some others have posted this but I wanted to throw this out there. I am currently doing some yoga while my ankle is recovering from being sprained bad so I wanted to ask does anyone do yoga here, and any benefits they've gotten from it? Thanks.

ya i started yoga and man its such goddamn torture...lol
im really not flexible so its really hard so me but its great because im sure in the long run itle help improve my flexibility alot which in turn will help keep me more likely to be injury free and help me with certain lifts + theres hot broads

example: cant do overhead squat because of a lack of shoulder flexibility
