Shogun has had to deal with injuries and has not had sufficient time to condition himself for recent fights. He's got his momentum back and I honestly think the old Shogun is back. My favourite fighter is Quinton, but LHW atm is between Shogun and Lyoto.Originally Posted by Mootoch

Yeah man I was really disappointed about Serra. Since Machida won im on Cloud 9 right now. I'll prob grief over Serra's loss in a day or 2. It's just a shame that he lost due to lay and pray, especially when there was a really good case for him winning R3.Originally Posted by Pandaz619

I agree Hughes should have won the fight with how the scoring is supposed to be, but lets be honest. Hughes didn't do much of anything in the fight and the one time he had Serra's back he didn't do anything.
I don't like either Serra or Hughes so didn't really care, but I could see where one would say it was a Serra win. He did more damage and controlled Hughes in his guard.

Rampage will lose worse than Evans did tonight. He just stands and does not defend hoping for a power punch to hit. Unless he revamps his game a bit he does not stand a chance and is basically same type of figher we saw tonight.
