Meditation wouldn't that help ur body? i heard people that meditate live longer then people that don't. so what i guess that i'm trying to say is what does meditation do to ur body that helps it? and what do you think about when u do it? lol

Meditation probably only has a slight effect on health and longevity. There are more important factors like proper nutrition and exercise.
Are you talking like zen meditation? Or just having some alone time to relax, think about the day and ponder things, etc. If its the latter, I would say hopefully everyone has enough time to do a bit of that everyday.
