Thats what i was thinking. its weird cause after arm day when they were fully pumped my arms are 17". But in pictures not pumped without a tan they dont look like much. repped.

imo
Your arms need some definition and your abs need some work
youll look pretty good if you work your abs for a few months
Sit ups and crunches do wonders lol, for me at least

Yeah that was mid way through the bulk. I didnt have as much fat but i was weighing about 15 lbs lighter. Thanks. Repped.

You look a lot bigger in your arms, good job. You gained some fat, but that will come off easy during a cut. Good progress, man. Keep doing what you're doing. Also, for the acne, have tried Acne Free? It sounds cheesy, but it works and it's easy to get (you don't have to go to a doctor, just Wal-Mart.)
