Your upper body is simply amazing well proportioned... the "action hero look" +++ --Your legs are OK-- but not quite as good. You probably know that-- it is clear you are working very hard and getting great results. In fact, your upper body looking so good makes you legs look smaller, you know? On many guys they would be VERY muscular legs.
In any case, I hope you do well in your contest. That takes dedication!
PS. this is a classic case of weight going down.. but the size looking "bigger "as you get more "cut" you must be doing it right!

Good stuff. What do you do for midsection? Looking very solid overall, I personally wouldn't mind achieving that body and maintaining it.

Sick progress man. You seem to be right on track.
My only suggestion is to work on bringing up your calves, but I'm sure you know that.
Overall, awesome.

I hear ya man. I've made VERY slow progress in my thighs and my calves seem stuck at their current size and just get more vascular, but not bigger.
