    is it possible to get big in 1 month?

    as question says.ive been of weights for 4 months is it posible for me 2 get noticably bigger in 1month say diet training sleep ect was spot on.bulkin phase .

    If you had a good diet and lifted really hard, you can make a noticeable difference in one month.

    There's a user on here who lifted for 9 months. He went from scrawny to pretty huge and claims to have not used juice, so you can make great gains in a short amount of time.
