rollerblading, hiking, jumping rope
1)Station 1 jump rope for 20 seconds
jog for 40 secs
Station 2 burpees for 20 seconds
jog back for 40 secs to Station 1
repeat for 20 minutes
2) All-out sprint for 10 seconds
-Walk back for 1 minute
Repeat for 8 rounds
3) Running stairs, bleachers
4) Death Circuit (Got this from Rubes); Vanillabn does a similar circuit w/a couple of different exercises
**DEATH CIRCUIT x 5**
Burpees 10 per round
Walking Lunges 16 per round
Side Lunges 16 per round
Mountain Climbers 50 per round
Jump Rope 50 swings per round
1 Minute rest between rounds
5) Got this idea from Iwantgreatglutes
Walk on treadmill for 1 minute (like a 10% incline 3.5)
Jump off and do alternating forward lunges for 30 sec
Walk on treadmill for 1 minute
Jump off and do alternating reverse lunges for 30 sec
Walk on treadmill for 1 minute
Jump off and jump rope for 30 sec
Repeat for 20 minutes or so
I also love doing different things on the stepmill:
skipping steps
facing sideways, stepovers
leg kickbacks
high knees (like marching)
butt kicks
climb fast to top, and keep 1 knee up and let the stair go to the bottom, then climb fast to top and repeat with other knee
skating side to side

This is EXACTLY what I do. I've got that cardio ADHD. Switching it up keeps me from getting bored. I can put everything I've got into each exercise. ... and hell yes on the techno!

Cycling the country roads outside of town. Can make it HIIT or LISS. Lots of fun when the weather is nice.

I've recently gotten into taking spin classes....and I'm totally hooked! Otherwise, I run outside or do intervals on the eliptical machine.

Walking the dogs and hopscotch!
Cycling classes are the only thing that don't keep me watching the clock and usually keep me really winded seeing that I sing as loud as possible to every song while I cycle LOL
