Here are a few details.
Age: 13.5 [ Turning 14 in November ]
Weight: 125 lbs
Height: 5'5 3/4
What I use: 15 lb dumbbells
Other than lifting weights to keep an lean body I play basketball to work with my legs and gain a bit height from the stretching I do before I ball, my goal is to get abs by the end of summer & also have more of an muscular body rather than being really skinny. I've created an workout routine for myself and I want to see if it's good enough. I tried organizing my exercises so I can do each body part every other day. I'm looking for some suggestions to add. Thanks.

-20 Front raises

Usually I would say whatever you feel comfortable doing is a good routine, because ultimately you are the one who uses it. Although in this case I would feel comfortable to tell you to maybe lighten up on the triceps, twice a week is pushing it and more may result in over training if your not carefull.

You would see better gains if you upped the weight and lowered to reps to at least below 20.

Well with lower reps you can generally do higher weights, which can be more beneficial if you are looking to gain mass, and generally doing a lot of reps gets pointless at a certain point, don't ask me when or quote me on that, just personal experience. Also, abs can really be done everyday so long as you aren't really "lifting" with them. Also, since you play sports, power clean can be really beneficial to almost any aspect of any sport, but it can be a very form dependent lift and also can be dangerous if done poorly, much like dead lift. I also don't know if Power Clean is okay to be doing at 13 years of age, I know the freshman do it at my high school for football, so it's up to you.

yeah , you need some back exercises man, might seem pointless to you now but trust me your back plays a big part in most sports, exercise, get some deadlifts put in, if you have access to a barbell ? if its just dumbells maybe some DB rows or something ? and yeah lower the reps.

if your looking at a 4 day a week workout i would do -
monday - back, biceps
tuesday- chest, triceps
wednesday - rest
thursday - legs, biceps
friday - cardio day, 20 min jog ?
saturday - abs, shoulders
sunday - rest
you could do some situps every monday, tuesday, thursday and saturday helping your abs and i also added in a cardio day to give you a break from the weight lifting but work on CV, cardio is important, dont ignore it. hope i helped in any way ? nothing else to do while watching the news anyways.Men do less than they ought, unless they do all they can. - Thomas Carlyle.
