Alright so if you haven't heard of Team Ground Zero yet, YOU WILL!!! The purpose of Team Ground Zero? To HELP and SUPPORT others in their training, not compete against them, or bring them down! This site is an excellent resource for a lot of information, for meeting likeminded people and for all in all getting on with your training routines with a bounty of info right at your finger tips.... BUT this site also has a lot of nay sayers, a lot of negative guys bringing people down!
Team Ground Zero has 10 designated "Directors" here on Bodybuilding.com all ready and willing to either answer questions for you OR point you in the direction of someone who can! I personally would like to see Team Ground Zero grow to HUGE numbers here on this bodybuilding.com site, and if you think you could:
-Motivate others
-Contribute helpful training and diet information
-Continue breaking down walls to achieving your personal training goals
-Develop yourself into a leader for Team Ground Zero....
THAN WE WANT YOU AS A MEMBER: TEAM GROUND ZERO!
It's simple, below your name above your avatar is a status, change it to Member:Team Ground Zero!!! That way, when people see that below your name they know you're someone who is here for more than just yourself, it's a status symbol that says you're here to help, and to motivate and to be motivated!!! Put it in your forum signature as well!
Guys (AND GALS), below are some links to my other groups and threads where Team Ground Zero has gotten huge! The last 5 pages of each thread should be the Team Ground Zero info....

http://groups.bodybuilding.com/mri_s...nt_users_group
I would love to have an opportunity to help you, direct you to someone who can help you, or just be there to listen to you about your training, through either one of the above listed threads! Stay in touch, strength in numbers is the key! If you think you have what it takes to be a Team member of Team Ground Zero, then message me (or any one of the other 9 directors), say hello, change that status and forum signature, and let's rock on!!!
Looking forward to meeting you!
Justin Sulham,
Founder: Team Ground Zero.

Had back surgery September 3, 2009. The road to recovery is FAR from over, but I like a good challenge.

To be honest guys, this "team ground zero" sounds a little elitist to me. Many here have been giving good advice for years before you guys joined up yet is their advice now sub par due to the fact that they're not in your "club"? Seriously, if you wanted to set up a special "gang" it would have been better to do it on your own board instead of using bb.com. Just my honest opinion.

How about instead of yet another chat thread where people pat each other on the back and issue attaboys, people answer the existing questions. There are a ton of threads just from today with little to no response.
Here is a simple plan: Answer the questions posed in the OP of these threads.
