I was reading over at PE Gym that taking a 500mg Cayenne pepper pill can help with getting harder erections.
One guy even posted an erection "tea" recipe that I decided to try tonight, though no clue if it will work.
I made a single cup using black tea, 1tsp of ground ginger, 1tsp of honey. I didn't have lemon.Get out your coffee perculator your going to make Erection Tea.
Fill yp a four cup pot with water.
Filter in the place where you put coffee.
4-5 bags of black tea.
2-4 tablespoons of ginger, you can get this in a jar at the grocery store.
brew it like you would brew coffee.
Then add a good squeeze of lemon juice.
drink it black or sweaten it with honey.
This is good iced to.
Ginger has some of the same vasodilating properites as ginkgo biloba and green tea.
Black tea like green tea is a cortisol blocker and lowers your blood pressure.
Lemon is a natural artery declogger due to its vitamin "C" content and bioflavones.
Honey raises testosterone levels due to its high boron concentration.
Holy crap though...ginger sure has a kick to it. My mouth and lips are still hot from downing it.
btw - this isn't supposed to be an overly "tasty" drink, so I just chugged it.
anyways...has anyone ever tried cayenne pepper or ginger when it comes to erections?

lol @ thread title.
Cayenn does improve circulation and has been shown to loosen plaque in the arteries, so I'd imagine it'd help you reach your full potential...
It gives me an energy boost too...i'll usually take a Tbsp. of cayenne, run a mile, and take a contrast shower and I feel brand new, even if I've been up all day...
