5' 8", 175 pounds
I put up 225x11 on a smith machine this week. And yes I did compensate for the lighter bar: 2x45 lb plates and 1x10 lb plate on each side, smith machine has a 25 lb bar.
Starting my Planet Fitness needs to get benches and barbells, or I just need a new gym.

i usually knock out 5-7 after a rep or two of 205's. oh and I'm 5'8 170lbs.

Not sure what NFL style is. But full reps (chest to locked out arms) Id estimate 225lb for 25 reps. bodyweight 185lb, 6'3 height.

I did 9 a couple weeks ago at 150lbs bodyweight. I know I'm a work in progress, but a few months ago, I wouldn't have even dreamed of lifting it once :P
