5' 8", 175 pounds
I put up 225x11 on a smith machine this week. And yes I did compensate for the lighter bar: 2x45 lb plates and 1x10 lb plate on each side, smith machine has a 25 lb bar.
Starting my Planet Fitness needs to get benches and barbells, or I just need a new gym.

i usually knock out 5-7 after a rep or two of 205's. oh and I'm 5'8 170lbs.

I did 9 a couple weeks ago at 150lbs bodyweight. I know I'm a work in progress, but a few months ago, I wouldn't have even dreamed of lifting it once :P
Feb 1, 2013 (started getting serious)/Current maxes at bw of 156-162lbs
Bench 205x3 (went back up about two inches before touching chest)/300
Squat 230x5 (half squat)/350 (below parallel)
Deadlift 185x5/475

Should be around 1 on a good day, if I bothered. 0 any other day.
Have to do close grip style or my shoulders ache something awful. High reps, light weight, for an ol' codger with joint issues.Beginners:

Unless it is obvious to anyone who isn't blind that you lift weights, you might still benefit from a little more attention to big basic barbell exercises for enough reps:).
