Question How do you get that "crescent" tricep?

Ive tried many different tricep workouts to try and hit the different heads, but only the back (long head) seems to be getting hit, as it's the only part that's sore, and also the only part that is growing. The lateral head of my triceps is pretty pathetic, and i cant seem to find a workout to get it good! Does anyone have any ideas? I do/have done rope pulldowns, pushdowns, skullcrushers, dips, triceps extensions, and close grip bench for long periods of time.

    Thanks everyone

Well for my triceps i do tricep extensions that wook very good, i also do kickbacks. Those are amazing but very difficult. My three main ones are using an olympic bar tricep lifts, extensions and kickbacks.

Decline tricep extensions + weighted parallel dips = win
