200lb squatX5 to 264lbX5
240lb deadliftX5 to 320lbsX5
Not sure about bench because of injuries, haven't been going heavy..

Why is it that you give your weight in kilograms but lifts in pounds? Is the weight just out of habit? I am not complaining I am just curious.

he probably just converted to lbs to make it easier on us

my friends got tendonitis in his elbow. it bothers him but not to the point he cant bench...iono hte long term injuries related with it but it might be something to look in to.

I need to work on just basically more mass on my legs I think.. doing 5x5 squats atm..thinking of taking a break off strength training and giving the joints a rest..going higher rep lighter weight.
