My mother is convinced oatmeal is not good when I'm trying to cut cause it's high in fat.
thoughts?
I usually have about 1/2 cup (dry measured) so about a cup when it's cooked.

Doubling my oatmeal in the morning from 40g (1/2 cup) to 80g (1 cup) somehow curbed my craving for bacon (serious). I guess it's because I now feel more satisfied in the mornings.
Take 80g of oats, 6 oz of yogurt, 6 egg whites, and put them in a blender. Makes some pretty good oatmeal pancakes. (39g protein, 70g carbs, 6g fat)1

I would skip the pre-packaged flavored oats and go with what it sounds like your eating plain oats. Good for you and there are so many different things you can do with them. There like eggs except it doesn't rhyme when I say the incredible edible oatmeal.

Is any of them good? No one knows because ingredients are really never known. I find just eating right and working out hard can accomplish it as well. If you are looking for something with serious results, then roids is your answer

I think this is another troll thread =/ So many stupid threads it's crazy. We need more mod action around these here parts...
"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

"When we're in the gym, we're in this indescribable euphoria zone. It's a feeling of being on, of being completely alive and aware. If you haven't been there, then it's like trying to describe color to a person who's been blind since birth. Within this haze of pleasure and pain, there's knowledge and power, self-discipline and self-reliance."
