I love a high energy fast tempo song for my warm up or even during a high intensity circuit. When it come to weights I love songs like hall of fame by the script also it's my time by scorcher and any hip hop, rnb song...

Lifting for me is a way to burn out any anger inside so I find it helps me to listen to the heaviest stuff I have. Usually something like Oceano, Acacia Strain, Whitechapel, Despised Icon, Knights of the Abyss, Behemoth, Nile, Beneath The Massacre, or even something like Within The Ruins.
If it's a day where I feel like I am kind of dragging ass then I will pull out some more "hardcore" or "punk" type stuff like Blacklisted, This Is Hell, Hot Water Music, Comeback Kid, Stray From The Path, Stick To Your Guns, Trap Them, Howl... The faster stuff definitely helps me get some energy.
I could go on for days about this stuff. I've been a musician for 15 years. If anyone has any questions about recommendations or just wants to talk "heavy" music, then send me a PM. I'm always down for talking music. It gets me super pumped.

I love anything fast paced. Ill Nino - How can i live is a great one for me. Killswitch engage is also one of my favorite bands to workout to. But i really like music that doesnt get me destracted, like songs that have lyrics louder than the music itself. If i can understand the lyrics too clearly then it distracts me. Thats probably why i love dubstep so much when i workout. Music is a must for me when it comes to working out. I cant workout without my music. Just doesnt work for me lol.

I've been listening to a lot of dubstep with heavy drops lately. **** really gets me going haha.
The song "Hoedown" by "Zomboy" is pretty good. It's kinda slow in the beginning but has a good buildup to the drops lol
