I ran a 2 mile sprint the other day, and listening to the Nadia Ali- Pressure Alesso Remix is the most pumped up I've ever been while running. Dont really listen to music while lifting, but whenever I max out I always listen to This Fire by Killswitch Engage
    "Initial Success or Total Failure"

    Here we train for war.

My workout playlist for cardio are all Hip Hop, R&B, and Pop.

Songs that actually could pertain to working out:

Stronger by Kanye West feat. Daft Punk ("Nah it don't kill it don't kill me, it only makes me stronger")
My Chick Bad Remix by Ludacris feat. Nicki Minaj, Trina, Diamond and Eve
T.H.E. (The Hardest Ever) by Will.I.Am feat. Jennifer Lopez and Mick Jagger
    Exit by Sonyae Elise
Make You Believe by Lucy Hale

Songs that have a good beat:

    How Low by Ludacris
How Low Remix by Ludacris feat. Ciara and Pitbull
Promocious Girl by Nelly Furtado feat. Timbaland
Carry Out by Timberland feat. Timberlake
Reminds Me of You by LMFAO feat. Calvin Harris
La La La by Auburn feat. Iyaz
When I Grow Up by The Pussycat Dolls

The music is flactuating because I get fed up pretty fast from the same music.

    Good random mix:
    Disturbed - Sons of Plunder
Salt n Peppers - Push it
    Nightwish - The Kinslayer
    Korn - Souvenir
    Helloween - Mr Torture
Guano Apes - Lord of the Board
Guano Apes - Open your Eyes
Bloodhound Gang - I hope you die

    Good Zyzz vocal trance mixes:
Zyzz The Ultimate Mix - Toddz999
Aesthitic Mix of the Gods - MikeJoness

    Good classics / black music:
Workout Music Mixed by DJ Fricktion - Workout Music Hosted by The Hodgetwins

Right now I get pump up with Papa Roach - Infest (complete album) again.

    Thumbs up skrillex/motivation

I personally like to download motivational speeches as MP3 and listen to them while on my way to the gym... its like a pre workout motivation hahah
here is some of my fav speeches .

    Zyzz - Inspirational Speeches

Arnold Schwarzenegger - 6 rules to success speech -

How bad do you want it? part 1 and 2

and many more that i like...

another thing i like to do while doing cardio is either watch arnold 30 for 30 ESPN

or watch like zyzz transformation video... i go through cardio super fast and makes me push hard...

for working out music... I AM ALL OVER TECHO and skrillex haha

I'm sure most people here already know most of the good lifting music, but almost nobody acknowledges electronic stuff , so here are some good ones to try out...some only sound good while lifting or running, but match the moods of those things respectively almost perfectly

For running to "I can't stop" by flux pavillion, "The Island, Part II" by pendulum, "the vulture" by pendulum, "centipede" by knife party (skip the first 30 seconds or so though for that one), and "must be the feeling (delta heavy remix) by nero

For lifting, "dragon pirates" by tut tut child (also works for running), "first person shooter" by celldweller, "painkiller (kouncilhouse remix) by freestylers, pendulum, and MC sirreal, "project no-autotune" by schoolboy, and "vava voom (feat. Lupe fiasco) by bassnectar

Give them a chance, and hope you like them

    Smile My list

Preworkout: Something with deep lyrics, to get me kinda pumped up.
    Workout: SOAD, Imagine Dragons, Eminem...
Running: House music, makes the time go by really fast. Especially something you can sing.

I think its more important to find these songs by urself, since everyone has a different life experience and will connect situations from life to many song, and find something more in the lyrics.

It's those last few reps, the ones you think you can't do. These are the reps where the gains are made. These are the reps where you build muscle.
