I ran a 2 mile sprint the other day, and listening to the Nadia Ali- Pressure Alesso Remix is the most pumped up I've ever been while running. Dont really listen to music while lifting, but whenever I max out I always listen to This Fire by Killswitch Engage

I'm sure most people here already know most of the good lifting music, but almost nobody acknowledges electronic stuff , so here are some good ones to try out...some only sound good while lifting or running, but match the moods of those things respectively almost perfectly
For running to "I can't stop" by flux pavillion, "The Island, Part II" by pendulum, "the vulture" by pendulum, "centipede" by knife party (skip the first 30 seconds or so though for that one), and "must be the feeling (delta heavy remix) by nero
For lifting, "dragon pirates" by tut tut child (also works for running), "first person shooter" by celldweller, "painkiller (kouncilhouse remix) by freestylers, pendulum, and MC sirreal, "project no-autotune" by schoolboy, and "vava voom (feat. Lupe fiasco) by bassnectar
Give them a chance, and hope you like them

My list
Preworkout: Something with deep lyrics, to get me kinda pumped up.
Workout: SOAD, Imagine Dragons, Eminem...
Running: House music, makes the time go by really fast. Especially something you can sing.
I think its more important to find these songs by urself, since everyone has a different life experience and will connect situations from life to many song, and find something more in the lyrics.

Of Mice and Men, The Devil Wears Prada, A Day to Remember and anything else heavy. The best moments are during an intense breakdown in the middle of a set
When you're going through hell, keep going.
Curls are for the girls. Tris are for the eyes of the guys.
It's those last few reps, the ones you think you can't do. These are the reps where the gains are made. These are the reps where you build muscle.
All kiiiiiiinnnnddds of gains.
