i suggest Rocky's soundtracks. I know it s clishe but eye of the tiger motivates almost everybody.
Besides going the distance is really motivating. survivor burning hearth, especially if u have watched the movies, it gains more meaning and it becomes more motivating.
Apart from them, in flames, maybe some soundtracks make ur motivation boast.
I would have to say anything with Lil' Scrappy or Lil Jon, especially when I'm doin weights. Of course, that's only if your into rap. These three are hittin.

Definitely agree with the earlier posters about Till I Collapse - Eminem, its a great song to get pumped up with.
For Cardio, I pretty much listen to anything on The Used's Self Titled with maybe some UnderOath and Alexisonfire.
