Question:
What songs do you listen to when you work out?
Whats your playlist that keeps you motivated and the blood flowing?
pre-workout?
running?
lifting?
I thought a thread based on what people listen to might help other people stay motivated
(if there is a tread based on this arleady. I am sorry. first day here)
Weights I listen to something harder... metallica, dream theater, audioslave, soundgarden, RATM, pendulum... used to like linkin park but they whine a bit too much and throw me off my game.
Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.

This is really nice. I listen to "REMEMBER THE NAME" by Mark Shinoda. It's the best for me! it's one of those songs that make you push another extra set psychologically
Amon Amarth, Dethklok, Dimmu Borgir, Children of Bodom, In Flames, Dark Tranquility, Lamb of God, Slayer, Arch Enemy, Eviscerated, Six feet Under, Cradle of Filth, etc.... Yup, im on a healthy regiment of metal, with a slight mix or rock

Harcore: Blood for Blood, Terror, Madball, Hatebreed, Bane, Comeback Kid, Revenged, Anything with a hard snare beat like that is fantastic, perfect beat for lifting.
i see a lot of people posting the bands that they listen to, but if you could post your fave songs from those bands that would be cool too.
For instance, I dont usually listen to Rise Against, but their songs "Chiron" and "Two Weeks" are amazing when you're in the gym (and would not have known about either song if I hadn't looked in this thread so thanks).

Terror, especially anything off of the lowest of the low and one with the underdogs album..favorites would be lowest of the low, push it away, better off without you, out of my face, overcome, spit my rage, not this time and one with the underdogs....no vocalist has more energy than scott vogel, also check out his older bands like Buried Alive and Despair
Eminem - Till I Collpse
Rise Against - Give It All
R. Kelly - World's Greatest
R.Kelly - I Believe I Can Fly
Killer Mike - Can You Hear Me
