Honestly, I listen to classical for most workout situations. Joseph Hadyn is my most frequently played Pandora station at the gym. The intensity level is high without detracting from the focus I need to get my workout done right. Although if I'm doing the rowing machine, I listen to Black Metal. Makes me feel like a Viking! ODIN!!!!
