Solid bands or groups- breaking benjamin, 3 days grace or skillet. and for rap i would say al kapone, dirty house, or roy jones all their music has been used for ufc and bellator so it really pumps you up

I find Parov Stelar's Booty Swing get's me going. Not your normal workout song, but I had seen a video on theCHIVE that featured this song and I haven't been able to get it out of my head! HAHAHA!

Depends in my mood I think im the only person that listens to classical music it keeps me so focused on the muscle contraction, I also have a BB play list with most of the motivational BB videos you see out there

I take my pre workout C4 and chill in my room listening to Skrillex on iheartradio for a little
get to the gym to start lifting and then I'll listen to good house music or rock
When I'm running I like to listen to country music just to keep me in a rhythm and I dont think about the pain, but closer to the end of the run toward my sprint I'll turn the rock music back on

Metallica, Testament, Megadeth, Pantera, DevilDriver, Annihilator and occasionaly Deadmau5, Skrillex and Skream. I listen to them all in a broad sense; cardio, weights, pre workout. It's all the same to me.
