    could you train biceps everday because their a small muscle group???

    when i used to train hard a while back id finish everday with biceps for a few sets and i managed to get them to 17.5 inches... so i was wondering is it possible to train abs biceps all the small muscles everday??

    I wouldnt say properly physically train them !
    But I have one seperate day for biceps. Monday.
    then on wed and friday Ill do a set of curls to failure. that is it. I feel mines have gotten bigger
    you wouldnt put the wrong fuel in your car ?
    so why should you put the wrong food in your body ?

    regardless of how small they are, when you work a muscle group it takes 48 hours for it to repair.

    you don't build ANY muscle during a workout. all of it is built during the repair proccess and if you want to make any gains you have to give that muscle its 48 hours of rest to fully repair itself and build new muscle, otherwise you won't be allowing yourself to make any gains.

    Sounds like a waste of time IMO.

    Training them every other day may help bring them up, or every three days.

    not these bicep threads again.... I dont get why everybody always wants so much biceps, having a solid back and shoulders are far more impressive imo

    You most likely don't have the proper tools for recovery to successfully build your bi's from training em everyday.
