when i used to train hard a while back id finish everday with biceps for a few sets and i managed to get them to 17.5 inches... so i was wondering is it possible to train abs biceps all the small muscles everday??

regardless of how small they are, when you work a muscle group it takes 48 hours for it to repair.
you don't build ANY muscle during a workout. all of it is built during the repair proccess and if you want to make any gains you have to give that muscle its 48 hours of rest to fully repair itself and build new muscle, otherwise you won't be allowing yourself to make any gains.Start/Now
