I personaly like hanging leg raises going in a circular motion to hit all area, with weight.
Or seated leg raises where you lift your feet up also and keep your legs strait.
I like to add weight to those sometimes.
I like weighted decline sit ups with weight behind or over head.
some Russian twists are good too.
