Red face (Reps)When dealing with a pectoral strain. Is stretching good or bad?

So I've been dealing with a pec strain for months, I feel better but my doctor told me I'd be better in 6 weeks but I'm not 100% and its been months. would stretching help me recover or make it worse?

It depends on the severity of the strain, but some light stretching should be beneficial at this point. Work your way up to deeper stretches and myofascial release as it allows. It would also be a good idea to lay off any pressing movements until it improves.

Some light dumbbell work using full rom has helped me.

Also do some research on the trigger points that can cause pain in the area and get to work on them.
