So I googled to find the glycemic index of both white and brown rice and they were both extremely close, both in the fifties so I am curious to know if it matters which one to intake and which is slower digestion. I normally eat brown rice.
I am doing my first bulk. I lost some extra flab after football is finally over (I am a senior in high school) and i plan to compete naturally. I wont compete until I am probably a sophmore in college, I want to adjust to college life as well as gain more muscle mass because I think I would be pretty small if i got down to the low % of BF. I currently weigh about 207 but I dont care what the scale says. I want to clean bulk to minimize fat gain. I current take in between 2700-3000 calories and on a non-workout out day anywhere between 220-260g of carbs. On a workout day its more around 300. Bulking is waaaaay more complex then I thought so any advice will be helpful.
I am not going to take a weight gainer because I believe I am in between an meso-endomorph so gaining and losing seems to come without too much problem but im not even 100% sure, but i can make my own weight gain shakes if I have too.
Any and all feedback is welcome.
Thanks,
the co1e train
