my shoulders are generally very well developed I am outsizing my arms.. Ironic coz I had a shoulder injury few years ago and took it lightly for quite some time they lagged but now they are the best bodypart I have.

thats exactly where the tendon is - its called the deltoid tuberosity.
rest, relax and don't stress it anymore.
