Friday we were playing some tackle football amongst guys around the neighborhood. I threw two blocks on one play with my right shoulder I heard a type of "crunch" sound both times. It hurt like hell but I thought it was just temporary. When I got back home I noticed it still hurt so I iced it heavily and made an impromptu sling.
The pain has subsided some since then but I'm wondering if the minor pain will continue on for a long time and I won't be able to lift?
I'm thinking I should just do cardio, abs, and legs for 2 weeks and see if it heals up fully? Any tips on exercises for shoulder rehab?
