Meal - Week by Week Routines - Help!
Right now, I am eating off of the time and whatever I find. I currently do not have anything planned, so I could be intaking 2500 calories one day, and 4000 the next and so on.
I am having trouble looking for Meal recommendations, and stuff of that nature.
Any advice?! Where Should I look?!?
If I continue eating whatever I find every 2-3 hours, I'm just going to become a fat-glob! I need something to start me off. I am on a Bulk right now, and will simply adjust for a Cut.
But I don't know where to start, and I do not have the time to browse Google.com for professional advice.
Soooo,... I am asking you guys what you know or of any threads or Weekly, that I can refer to for help with a Meal Routine!
