I take one right after my workout and 1 before bed. Because i also eat high protein foods so i dont feel the need to take it a third time.

Personally I dont think there's THAT significant of a difference.
I just use whatever's cheap. Been buying those 10lb ON whey bags for 2 years like they were candy til i decided to give other **** a go.
edit: been using that nitrocore24 trick on ********. 12lbs for 50 bucks basically(beats 80 bucks for ON;s 10lb bag)

if your lactose intolerant go with isolate because concentrate has lactose in it..also it has more carbs in it. Isolate contains a higher percentage of protein in it then concentrate...i think concentrade is around 70 ish % and isolate is 93-95% protein.

yeah ur right. lactose intolerance doesn't effect me so that won't be a problem. is isolate as effective though b4 bed or a dinner when u haven't worked out? i read its not very effective then for some reason
