why do ****ing idiots ask other people if there cutting or bulking... ITS THERE GOAL they look in the mirror and do what they feel the need too, get off there shi t and let them proceed in ****ing their physique...i eat 8-10egg whites in the am 1 or 2 with yolk

Right now Im cutting at 10 whole eggs a day... I love them though, its most of what i eat... low carbs high fats high protein
