There's good parts and bad parts. Some parts are ritzy as **** others are super ghetto. Apartments... well idk but stuff down here's expensive.

it has its parts that look all torn up...like any big city tho...for the most part tho its nice and middle/upper class...apartments tend to be on the high end...especially once u start getting closer to south beach....my advice...know spanish...that is the main language down there

depends on wehre ur goin. if u are looking for dilapidated, poor & homeless.. yes it looks like a rick ross video in overtown, downtown, opa locka, carol city,. ie Places to stay away from if u visit.

the nicer placees, aventura, sunny isles, golden beach, south beach, miami beach, kendall, coral gables, bal harbour surfside.

apts in the nice areas can go from affordable to about 2-8 million dollars.

in the bad areas prolly a crack rock and a hug will get u a roof over ur head LMAO
