    How to go from maintenance to bulking

    So I found my maintenance calories after week and a half monitoring my weight , and I want to start a bulk with 200 calories surplus, my maintenance is 2450 , should I add the 200 calories in one shot ? Like tomorrow I’ll start eating 2650? Or should I add them slow each day like 2500 2550 2600 2650
    Im 18

    Simply adding 200 calories to your maintenance isn't a big jump, its fine to go right into it.
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

    Yep, gradual increases with a few weeks of observation in between to make sure you're gaining slowly. Go to fast and you'll blow up with excess fat.
