I have gathered a post here with my favorite diet and fitness motivational quotes.

The ones i love are:

"A man is not finished when he is defeated, he is finished when he quits."
"Train like an athlete, eat like a nutritionist, sleep like a baby, win like a champion."

Also people say that my personal story about how I lost 121 pounds of fat, or half of my bodyreally inspires them!

Why would you take what Arnold says with a grain of salt? He basically made weight lifting and bodybuilding sky rocket to popularity in a time when team sports dominated every aspect of American culture. Ive read his "Encyclepedia" and use it constantly as a reference.

He is also mine Motivational hero.Arnold's early years in bodybuilding, competed in several Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting contests.He never advice grain of salt.

So many people take their mind and use it against them - defeat themselves before they can even break down the problem to achieve the goal.

Why is the 8 and 8? What areas are weak? What areas are strong? 2 years is a long a** time for prep.
