Started March 1st of this year at about 195. Took first pic after one week of lifting and attempting to diet, lol. Second pic one month later at 185, third pic at 175. And now, I'm about 169 or so. Don't have a pic today, but will probably take another in a week or so to go along with my one pic per month folder.
My third pic, and lightest pic I can tell I'm losing muscle and any form of fullness I may have had due to my elbow surgery I'm recovering from last month. So I haven't really been able to do any workouts or consistent cardio until the past week or so.
About 25lbs in just under 3 months time. Hope to be about 150 by the end of summer. Then to slow bulk. I was 205 on Jan 1st this year, and lost about 10lbs from stopping soda drinking and trying to eat a little better.

Lol I think she was quoting what animaliztik said, but cut off the "[/QUOTE]" at the end of his quote (thereby making it look like she was the one who saying "my 13 week tranformation")
