mostly from fiber. i think mine is like 4g out of 6g is from fiber, and keto is less than 20-30g of carbs a day, making it perfect for keto since it contains a ton of healthy fats
all eggs are different. some packages say 0g of carbs, other say 1g. they round it based on the egg size i think"ive seen you around a few times. something is wrong with you. srs." -Joshua91

endos are stocky high bf kinda chubby build they arnt really tall more of them are in the 5,7-5,9range

an endomorph 6'0 person who lifts weights should not be 160lbs. they usually have a larger bone structure. i am an endomorph and i was smallish at 5'7 160lbs............................................ ......i dont think i could get as small as you(in terms of height vs. weight). not an insult, you look a lot bigger than i would at your size. people focus too much on ****types anyway, you can work around anything, of course ectos can be fat and endos can be skinny... the fact that you were chubby once doesnt mean you cant eat carbs though.
