Yes, it's amazing
For Man's grim Justice goes its way,
And will not swerve aside:
It slays the weak, it slays the strong,
It has a deadly stride:
With iron heel it slays the strong,
The monstrous parricide!

Merry Christmas, Bob
A good article for explaining the fate that we go to the gym to avoid. Why we work through the excuses that other people commonly use.

literally my favorite commercial in the whole world, discovered it last year.
I watch it EVERY time I'm about to go lift, or play in a basketball game.Jeet Kune Do/MMA & Plyometrics Specialist

posted before in a different thread (linked to HERE )
But this sums it up for me:
^
It demonstrates the solace you can find in the constant that is the iron.... And that sweet mix of pleasure, pain and success in weightlifting....

Pumping Iron is the best motivation for me. Do yourself a favor and buy the DVD if you don't already have it!

What motivated me to start SKIPPING for cardio
Floyd Mayweather Jr...
After a couple of months of practicing... I tried my best to look like him.

Impressive man!
I've thought about maybe picking up some jump-ropes a few times. Just to try and add something new to my cardio, and from what I hear it's a good work-out.

The single most inspiring video ever
Now this video isn't about bodybuilding, strongmen competitions or even team sports. It isnt about winning or loosing or getting off your ass and getting in the gym. It's about life. I'm 6'3" 290lbs. I've played college football, have a tae kwon do black belt and absolutely love pushing my body to its breaking point. I can bench 400 lbs and have tons of tattoos. But the first time I was this video my eyes were full of tears. Anytime life, lifting, work, women, friends, bills or anything else gets me down, this video changes all of that. Post any videos that can do that for you.

Al Pacino Speech - "Any Given Sunday"
