I remember listening to an accomplished musician talking about Jimi Hendrix and how brilliant he was. It was no mistake, the musician argued, "this guy Jimi literally walked around with a guitar in his hands at all times."
I've heard similar things about incredible basketball players who grew up dribbling the ball as they walked around even when not playing.
The vid below reminded me of all that (plus it's a sick vid), but the kid and the skateboard have become one. It's like Kai Greene talking about how daily training for him is a constant meditation--with one fixed goal in mind.
Anyway all this stuff is way inspiring to me even though it comes from different sports/endeavors/etc:
