What motivates me, your thoughts
I find this video clip for Layne Norton?s Unleashed DVD motivates me more than most others. I can?t help but feel in a similar position, and I am one of the most dedicated teenagers I know; not only in my training, but in my nutrition, my school, my work, and my overall life. What I get out of the video is that dedication and work will put you at the top, no cheating or cowering out. You have to want it more than anything. I aspire to be like Layne, and would love to meet him. This video really pushes me to go the extra mile, to force out the extra rep, to strive to a higher point in every aspect of life.
The quote I most like and I find most motivating in this clip is
?My goal when I come in here every day is to make sure that if somebody beats me, it?s not because they outworked me?.
This line helps me through every workout, even though I am not competing against anyone, except myself, it makes me feel like I can always work harder.
Anyways, just putting this out there, anyone can agree or disagree, and if this isn?t appropriate in anyway the mods can delete it (or I can)

If Team Hoyt doesn't motivate, I don't know what will...
When you're running or lifting and think that you can't push out that extra rep, mile, or sprint, remember this video...
