Speech after 3 minutes is incredible for long term motivation. Favourite line - "When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then youll be successful."

Great for watching before a workout when youre not feeling in the mood. You watch this and instead of not wanting to do it, you want to push harder than ever, increase your weights, your reps, everything.
Get up and go to the gym. Someone is working every minute of the day to be better than you.
loving all these videos, but y'all really need to go through the pages. that How Bad Do You Want It? video has been posted probably 5 times in last 2 pages. In fact 70-90% of the videos in last 10 pages are reposts from first 20 pages.
Then again, would rather reposts then absolutely nothing.
ahh i finally figured it out all you have to do is type [youtube) and close it off with [/youtube) and between the brackets put the embedded. you cna find the link on youtube. copy and paste

One is Evil - it is Anger, Envy, Jealousy, Sorrow, Regret, Greed, Guilt, Lies and Ego. The other one is Good - it is Joy, Peace, Love, Serenity, Humanity, Kindness, Faith, Compassion, Truth and Hope." The Son asked his Father: "Which wolf wins?" The Old man replied: "The one you feed.

“You have to focus on your FOOD and NUTRITION. That's super, super IMPORTANT. MIGHT AS WELL NOT EVEN GO TO THE GYM AND WORK OUT IF YOUR NUTRITION IS NOT INTACT...Consistency. Stay with it. You HAVE TO do this day in, day out. It becomes a LIFESTYLE.“ -Jay Cutler
