    From Gym to BW - Fuuuuu

    Have to persuade her to buy me a belt+plates for pull-ups...lol

    Anyways what do you guys think of this split for BW? I'll worry about the exercises later, what should I fix? I incorporated stretching because I have some tight muscles

    Monday ? Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
    Tuesday ? Legs, Abs, Stretching
    Wednesday ? Back, Biceps
    Thursday ? Neck, Stretching
    Friday ? Legs, Abs
    Saturday ? Abs, Forearms, Stretching
    Sunday ? Legs, Stretching

    Basically for legs all i'm doing is single-leg squats

    A whole day for neck? working legs 3 days seems over doing it, brah.
