Anyways what do you guys think of this split for BW? I'll worry about the exercises later, what should I fix? I incorporated stretching because I have some tight muscles
Monday ? Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Tuesday ? Legs, Abs, Stretching
Wednesday ? Back, Biceps
Thursday ? Neck, Stretching
Friday ? Legs, Abs
Saturday ? Abs, Forearms, Stretching
Sunday ? Legs, Stretching
Basically for legs all i'm doing is single-leg squats

i never stretch before or after a workout i do warmups thats about it lol.
i stretch everyday when i wake up tho like actualy stretching?I rep back/neg back(might be on recharge/spread)
