Finally able to get a video up so I could review it as its the first time I'm able to see how my form is.
1. Not sure if I'm going deep enough, without watching the video I thought I was but after seeing the squats im not to sure so wanted some more advice.
2. Gotta lose the gut as it was getting in the way from me going any lower.
3. Yes I know its not alot of weight but still wanted to get some advice
4. think my lower back is rounding on a few of the reps but let me know.
