    Gained seven pounds over the weekend

    Hello I have posted here a few times I have gone from weighting 235 pounds to 170 pounds today I weigh 177 poundds. I am 5 9. This weekend I ate everything that I felt like eating and I gained seven pounds. My question is what can i do to lose seven pounds quickly should i do more cardio or weight training my diet will be clean and I will not take any creatine.

    water weight.
    i believe you have to consume an excess of 3500 cals to gain a lb of fat (could be wrong)..
    but if i am right, you would have to consume 7x3500..

    uhm, pas possible??

    As v4nity said, the majority of the weight is water. Get back to your normal diet/exercise routine and give it a few days, you'll be back to your normal weight in no time.

    It's mostly water weight.

    On May 14 (in the morning) i was 239lb, then i ate everything i wanted for two days (May 14th and 15th) and in the morning on May 16th I was 248lb - 9lb heavier. Today, two days later i'm back down to 240lb.

    Just go back to your regular diet and exercise and all of that weight should be gone in 3 days or so.

    haha binge eating is becoming very popular on this forum, there was another guy who posted his 28 lb weight gain over the weekend... personally I just gained 11 lbs... did it last weekend and by the next weekend I was down several pounds below where I started before the binge.

    Weight can vary so much due to water, one day i was curious so i weighed myself once at the gym after i went tanning in the morning, and once later on in the day after 30 min weight lifting and 20 min cardio and there was a 5lb difference (same clothing)

    oh no brah you're going to die if you don't get on the treadmill!!!! try no eating for 10 days and see if that makes it go away, just to be safe. we can't be too cautious here.. 7 pounds is life threatening.
