Hello I never post much but ill start logging my workout sessions just for progression sake. Im in the process of finishing my e-bol stack and hopefully will get closer to my goal of 180lbs
Im on a 5 day split right now and it goes something like this
Monday- Chest/Biceps
Tuesday- Back/Shoulders
Wednesday- Legs/Triceps
Thursday- Rest day
Friday- Chest/Back
Saturday- Shoulders/Arms
My current big 3 is
Bench Press- 225
Squat- 300
Deadlift- 325
yeah my squat is weak i know
My diet is usually solid i go for around 5-6k calories a day
250-300g protein
350-400g carbs
not sure how much fat but a lot lol
the supps i use is
E-bol(cycle almost done)
Musclejuice
Myofusion
opti-men multis
intra-bolic
No3
creatine mono
and lots of food

Incline bench press ( reverse resistance band ) this one is much harder there is less resistance offered by the band because of the height of the bar
